REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY
NO REFUNDS ONLY STORE CREDIT
Berenis customers have 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or store credit. If store credit/exchange is approved you have 3 days to ship your items back.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused & in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All tags must be on, otherwise it won’t be accepted. All items must be free of any stains such as makeup, fragrance free such as lotions, perfumes, deodorant etc
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE!! This Includes any Flash Sales, Discounted Items, Clearance ETC
Accessories, bodysuits, lingerie, white clothing or items cannot be returned. These items are FINAL SALE.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders are not refundable
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
